1. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

However, we allow product exchanges under the eligible conditions outlined below.

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • The child not liking the toy
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • The product no longer being needed

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, dimensions, and age recommendations before placing an order.

2. Eligible Exchange Reasons

An exchange may be approved if:

  • The item delivered is damaged
  • The item delivered is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Approved exchanges may be:

  • The same product (replacement), or
  • Another product of equal value

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be made within:

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be returned in its original condition

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not qualify for exchange.

5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  3. Send clear photos showing the issue
  4. Wait for confirmation and exchange instructions

Please do not return any item without prior approval.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wow! Kids Toys will cover return shipping costs.
  • If an exchange is approved for any other valid reason, the customer may be responsible for return delivery costs.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
